It’s time for another Casual Dram, and this time we’ll be taking a deep dive into one of Speyside‘s most iconic distilleries, with four cracking drams from the Glenrothes plus a mystery whisky.

There’ll be plenty of first fill sherry and some decent age in the form of a Signatory Vintage Symington’s choice 30 year old! We’ll get a taste for the distillery style, meaning that the mystery, from a different but like-minded speyside distillery will surely stand out like a sore thumb?
