It's time for another Casual Dram, and on this occasion we’re hitting Speyside with an assortment of sherry casks from some great names.

These will be like-minded whiskies going head to head, but as we know, often these are the most informative comparisons, casting a light on the subtle nuances of cask, age and distillery style. We will taste sherry casks spanning PX, Oloroso and Manzanilla, age statements ranging from 12 to 21 years old and, of course, five different distilleries.
